With GravityView Multiple Forms, combine multiple forms to create powerful reports and visualizations of your Gravity Forms data.
Connect multiple Gravity Forms that share field values.
If you have two forms that share values (for example, both forms might contain a person's email address, phone number, name, status, etc.), you can combine them and display the data from both forms in a single View.
GravityView Multiple Forms supports two modes for displaying connected values in GravityView:
- Display all entries in Form A, regardless of whether the field in Form B has content.
- Display only those entries in Form A that have values in Form B.
GravityView Multiple Forms plugin features coming soon
This is a phased rollout of GravityView Multiple Forms functionality. We are working quickly to add this functionality.
This functionality will be coming in future updates:
- Display a row for each entry in each form, instead of combining the forms into a single row. Developers: The plugin will support joins as well as current joins.
- Search for specific fields in connected forms (currently only “Find All Fields” and main form fields are searchable)
- Add support for advanced filtering extension on fields
Combined Connect forms based on values in the connected forms (not just values in the main form)
