At WPClub (or “Provider”) we distribute digital products for WordPress and other platforms and/or languages. Furthermore, if you do not agree to the following terms of use, you should not use this website, much less consider purchasing from it.
Distribution of products
All products published on WPClub are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) V2/V3. These products are developed by third parties and redistributed by us, without falling into legal conflicts due to said licensing. On the other hand, we do not maintain any relationship of any kind with the developers themselves.
Distribution of products
No. It is not feasible, since they would fly through the internet, and we could lose access to the corresponding accounts. That said, although all products are original, in the case of products that require a license key to work, we will take care of pre-activating them.

Pre-activation of products
It is important to note that a significant portion of products work correctly without the need to enter a "key". However, there are products that by their nature require a license key ("key") to function correctly. In these cases, what we do is pre-activate these products ourselves, test them, and then publish them.
Obviously, we can be wrong about my wife, so if you have any problems, remember that you can write to us at [email protected] or through the support area, from your user account.
Technical support
We provide technical support from Monday to Friday, and regarding time, it is usually on average within 24 to 48 business hours. However, there are times when we respond in less time. It all depends on the day to day.
Warranty
Yes, of course. If there is a problem that we cannot solve, or if there is a problem that is not within our control and does not have a general solution, you will receive, in addition to support, a full refund if necessary.
It is worth noting that there is no guarantee if the product works well and simply was not what you wanted.
There have been times when a person buys a product, the product works perfectly, but they don't like it and want a refund, keeping the product. That is not appropriate.
Now, everything is evaluable and reasonable. Let's use the criteria together.
Updates
Purchasing an individual product includes lifetime product updates. In the case of memberships, however, updates are subject to a membership-by-membership basis.
- For a monthly membership, you will have access to updates for 30 days.
- With an annual membership, you get access to updates for 365 days.
- With a lifetime membership, you get lifetime updates, forever and ever.
Suspension of accounts
We reserve the right to suspend any user account. No refunds will be given to customers whose accounts are suspended.
Reasons for account suspension:
1) Abusive behavior and/or excessive foul language towards our staff.
2) Repeated defamatory, malicious and/or false statements including slander.
3) Incorrect use of the site server services, technical abuse of resources and any type of bad practice that threatens the services and/or equipment.
4) Problems that threaten the overall security of our platform and/or service.
5) Share, transfer or resell the user account. The account is not transferable.
Representations
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business agrees to these Terms and will hold harmless and indemnify WPClub from any claim, demand, or action arising out of or related to the use of the Services, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, demands, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees.
