Newsletter Easy Digital Downloads

Easy Digital Downloads is the leading eCommerce plugin for files in the WordPress world. Newsletter Easy Digital Downloads allows Newsletter users to automatically subscribe customers to a mailing list and optionally insert a simple checkbox within the EDD checkout page. Additionally, you will be able to generate a “latest products” newsletter by simply dragging the EDD block.

Easy Digital Downloads Newsletter Activation

First, make sure you have the Easy Digital Downloads plugin installed and activated. If the EDD plugin does not find an active copy of Easy Digital Downloads, it will display an error message.

The extension panel is very simple and shows three main options:

Global on/off button
Whether to enable or disable the subscription checkbox and what text should be displayed next to it
Whether to send subscribers a confirmation email or not
Choosing a default list for new subscribers

This option allows you to choose either to add a checkbox on the checkout page or to force the subscription without prompting.

Easy Digital Downloads Newsletter: Subscription Box

Here you can specify a custom message to be displayed next to the checkbox, e.g. to comply with your country's privacy laws or simply to warn customers. You can also choose to have it checked by default or leave it unchecked.

If you use a multilingual plugin, you can translate that tag using that plugin's functions. For example, WPML Strings, Loco Translate, or Polylang.

Note: If you specify a custom label, it will be used for each language - leave the field empty and see the guides below for translating with your preferred multilingual plugin.

Send users an email to confirm subscription?

If you choose No, all subscribers will be marked as confirmed and will start receiving newsletters. If yes, subscribers will be marked as “unconfirmed” and a subscription email will be sent. The subscription email can be easily customized by following this guide.

What if I have a problem?

Our opening hours start at 09 AM from Monday to Friday, UTC -3. We are open until around 18 PM.

Do you provide technical support?

Are there download limits?

No. We don't believe in that format, so you can download as many times as you want. No problem. We pay for high-quality professional storage precisely to avoid problems.

Do you provide license keys?

No. Giving out the keys is not a viable option, as we have had experiences where they end up circulating everywhere and we can even lose the associated accounts.

That said, all products are original and, in cases where a license key is required to function, we will take care of pre-activating them for you.

Does my purchase include an invoice?

Yes. After paying, you will be able to immediately access your invoice in the “Purchases” section of your user account.

This is why it is important that you properly complete the information requested at the time of payment.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, of course. If there's a problem we can't resolve, or if there's an external issue that doesn't have a general solution, you'll receive support and, if necessary, a full refund. We have a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

It is worth noting that there is no guarantee if the product works well and simply was not what you wanted.

There have been times when a person buys a product, the product works perfectly, but they don't like it and want a refund, keeping the product. That is not appropriate.
