Si usa Post SMTP como complemento SMTP
Si está utilizando el complemento Post SMTP, tenga en cuenta que no se respeta la «ruta de retorno» establecida en la Configuración del boletín. Si pueden agregar una opción para establecer ese valor (deberíamos llamarlo «Remitente», pero es un poco engañoso para los humanos que no son técnicos), la dirección de retorno debe configurarse en ese complemento.
Cómo configurar Newsletter Bounce Addon
La extensión necesita un buzón dedicado (dirección de correo electrónico) donde se recopilan todos los mensajes de error. El buzón debe ser accesible mediante el protocolo POP3.
Para indicar a los externos que envíen mensajes de error en el buzón correcto, debe configurar la «ruta de retorno» en la configuración principal del boletín con la dirección de correo electrónico que creó en el paso anterior.
Cada hora, Newsletter Bounce Addon abre el buzón, lee todos los mensajes, los analiza e intenta detectar si hay errores permanentes informados. Extraiga la dirección de correo electrónico y márquela como rebotada.
La configuración de POP3 consta de un nombre de usuario, una contraseña, un nombre de host y un puerto (opcional). Esos parámetros se pueden encontrar en las instrucciones de su proveedor sobre cómo configurar un cliente de correo genérico.
Si se puede acceder al buzón en modo seguro (TLS, SSL), incluso puede seleccionar el protocolo de seguridad a utilizar, pero recuerde configurar incluso el puerto (generalmente difiere del número de puerto 110 estándar).

Will I get updates?
Absolutely. If you buy an individual product, you'll get lifetime updates for that product.
On the other hand, if you purchase a membership, you will receive updates until your membership expires.
What if I have a problem?

Are there download limits?
No. We don't believe in that format, so you can download as many times as you want. No problem. We pay for high-quality professional storage precisely to avoid problems.
Do they provide license keys?
No. Giving out the keys is not a viable option, as we have had experiences where they end up circulating everywhere and we can even lose the associated accounts.
That said, all products are original and, in cases where a license key is required to function, we will take care of pre-activating them for you.
Does my purchase include an invoice?
Yes. After payment, you will be able to access your invoice immediately in the "Purchases" section of your user account.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, of course. If there's a problem we can't resolve, or if there's an external issue that doesn't have a general solution, you'll receive support and, if necessary, a full refund. We have a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
