At WPClub, we offer digital products and services designed to provide value and functionality to our users. Due to the digital nature of our products, once access has been granted or payment has been made, we do not offer automatic refunds.
Cases in which a refund does NOT apply:
- If the customer has downloaded or accessed the product or service.
- Whether the product or service has been used partially or fully.
- Due to changes of mind or lack of awareness of the functionalities offered (all information is available before purchase).
- Due to incompatibility with the client's systems when these requirements are clearly specified.
Cases in which you could request a refund:
- If you are unable to access the purchased product or service and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- If the product or service delivered does not match what is described on our website, and this is confirmed after internal review.
Procedure for requesting a refund:

- Order number or proof of payment.
- Detailed reason for the request.
- Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable).
Our team will evaluate each request individually and give you an answer within 3 to 5 business days.
We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet the above criteria or in cases of misuse.
