WooCommerce File Approval

WooCommerce File Approval integrates seamlessly with your WooCommerce installation, allowing you to share files with your customers. Files that can be approved or rejected!

THE IDEA
Imagine a store manager needs to share some files with a customer after a purchase. These files must be approved or rejected by the customer. Eventually, the customer should have the option to leave a message explaining their decision. This process should continue until the customer approves the file!

WooCommerce File Approval is designed to meet this need! Store managers can now create all the attachments they need for an order! Each attachment will have its own file and message thread, enabling communication with the customer. Each attachment also includes additional options, such as the "response policy" (how often the user can post a message) and the "file title.".

How WooCommerce File Approval Works: The Approval Workflow
The process is simple:
1: The administrator attaches one or more files via the order details page. A message can be left for each file. Once saved, a notification email is sent to the user.
2: The user can approve or reject the attachment via the order details page. They can optionally leave a message. Once this is done, a notification is sent to the administrator.
3: The administrator can either re-attach a new file or simply post a message requesting more information (so the process goes back through step 1).

The attached messages are displayed through a beautiful visual sequence style.

CLIENT ATTACHMENTS TO RESPONSES
With WooCommerce File Approval, you can optionally enable the option to allow customers to attach files to their responses. This way, if a customer needs to send you more information about the current file approval process, they can share some files with you!

EMAIL NOTIFICATION
Each time the administrator edits attachments (requiring the user to re-approve or reject them) or posts a message, the client receives an email notification. The same occurs when the client approves/rejects an attachment or posts a message.

Email texts can be configured (and eventually translated via WPML) through the special email texts menu in WooCommerce File Approval.

REMINDER EMAILS
If an order still has files that need to be approved or rejected by the customer after 24 hours, WooCommerce File Approval can send a reminder notification. You can configure the reminder interval (daily, twice a day, weekly, etc.) and customize the email text.

AUTOMATIC APPROVAL
If the customer doesn't take action within X hours, the WooCommerce File Approval plugin can automatically approve those files. A notification will be sent to both the administrator and the customer informing them of the action!

NEW FEATURED CONTENT
Whenever the administrator edits an attachment or adds a new message, that content will be highlighted in the interface to provide a better response to the customer. The same happens when a customer leaves a message: the new message will be highlighted on the administrator's order details page.

Monitor the file approval status directly from the admin order list page!

KEEP YOUR SERVER CLEAN
Attachments are uploaded to the WordPress media gallery and are limited to the order. Once an attachment is deleted, the associated file will be automatically deleted. If an order is deleted, all associated files will be deleted.

WPML
WooCommerce File Approval is compatible with the WPML translation plugin. You can then customize and translate email texts through the dedicated menu.
