At WPClub (or “Provider”) we distribute digital products for WordPress. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you should not use this website, let alone consider purchasing.

All products published on WPClub are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). These products are developed by third parties and redistributed by us without falling into legal conflicts for said license.

We cannot deliver our licenses, since we cannot risk having access problems to the products purchased by us in the future. On the other hand, all the products published on our site do not require the entry of a license key to work properly. In those cases where the product indicates that it requires a license, you should simply ignore said message.

We provide technical support for everyone who has purchased a product on our site. For the same purpose, we indicate below our opening hours:

The products we offer include lifetime updates. On the other hand, and regarding the availability of the products on our site, in isolated cases, certain authors rely on license bifurcations to introduce inconveniences and problems in the different distributions of products and by policy there is the possibility that in certain cases some product stops being published.

It is important that you know that we do not offer a guarantee of satisfaction, so this guarantee does not apply if you did not like the product, it did not work for you due to ignorance, or simply due to lack of skills, reading documentation and any factor that is not an error. or problem.

Our guarantee applies if:

  • The purchased product does not work, has problems or any factor typical of an inconvenience which we cannot resolve within a maximum of 48 business hours.
  • The download does not work and after contacting us we cannot resolve it within a maximum of 24 business hours.

The refund does not apply if:

  • You haven't contacted us and only request a refund after purchase (there are many who buy, invent anything and then seek a refund to keep a free product).
  • You have not provided sufficient proof that the product is not working and you refuse to cooperate with our support team.
  • You made a mistake and didn't get what you needed or you just changed your mind.
  • You no longer need the product after downloading it, for example, because you bought the product by mistake or bought the official version from the author.
  • You do not have enough experience to use the product. You did not carefully read the author's documentation and were unable to use the product.
  • The product is not compatible with your version of WordPress, plugins, web server or other environment.
  • The product did not meet your expectations.
  • The product displays a message that you must enter its license key or activate it to receive automatic updates, and there are no other license restrictions.
  • You crashed your site during product installation or lost data.
  • The refund period has passed 30 days after purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend any user account. Refunds will not be given to customers who have their accounts suspended.

Reasons for account suspension:

1) Abusive behavior and/or excessive bad language with our staff.

2) Repeated defamatory, malicious and/or false statements that include slander.

3) Incorrect use of the services of the site's server, technical abuse of resources and any type of bad practice that threatens the services and/or equipment.

4) Problems that threaten the integral security of our platform and/or service.

5) Share, transfer or resell the user account. The account is not transferable.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business, that business agrees to these terms and will hold harmless and indemnify WPClub from any claim, demand or action arising out of or related to your use of the services, including any liability or expense arising out of claims, losses, damages, lawsuits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.
