Product Activation

If our website indicates that the product is activated, but when you use it you find that it isn't, or that it displays an error message, or that it simply doesn't display any message at all, this can happen. Sometimes products change, and a method that worked one day may not work the next, and in those cases, you should check. This is common with GPL products.

In these cases, the first thing to do is:

  • Clear your website's cache just in case.
  • Go to the product section and enter any key in the section, since sometimes a product may be pre-activated, but it simply did not accept the "key".
