Getting started with a form
First, you need to create a form where you want to add your newsletter subscription option or a dedicated form to collect subscriptions. There's nothing special to do: just design the form by adding all the fields you need to collect.
Consent or opt-in
If you want to display a consent checkbox, just use the special field called “consent” that Gravity provides. You will then assign this field as a condition to start or not start a subscription.
Map the fields
Now, in the newsletter sidebar menu, select the “Gravity Forms” entry and you will see the list of all your gravity forms. Press “Configure” on the one you want to connect to Newsletter and you will see a panel where all subscriber fields can be mapped to form fields. And a few more settings.
