You can modify the minimum and maximum price values. You can modify the search behaviors and the values of the fields for beds and baths. In short, you can customize the search form to meet your requirements.

Location extensibility up to 4 levels

Real Homes WordPress Theme provides location field extensibility up to 4 levels to produce search fields like Country > State > City > Area .

These fields work based on the location hierarchy and you can manage location hierarchical data from the WordPress admin side. The levels/numbers and labels of these dropdowns are fully customizable from the customizer settings.

The search form over image feature can be enabled for starter template meta boxes. Replaces the slider area with a fancy looking search form on top of a background image.

Real Homes also provides related customization settings to fully customize the image, search form fields, text titles, colors, and margins.

OpenStreetMap and Google Maps integration

Real Homes WordPress Theme includes OpenStreetMap (free) and Google Maps (free up to a limit) integration that allows you to display maps with property markers. By default, OpenStreetMaps and Google Maps are used only if a related API key is provided in the configuration.

Real Homes WordPress Theme provides a property comparison feature that allows your website visitors to add properties to a comparison group and then compare those properties side by side. Visitors do not need to log in to use this feature.

You can restrict certain levels of website users from accessing the WordPress admin side and provide them with a front-end interface to submit their properties. Later, the website administrator/editor can review and publish the submitted properties.

You can also enable automatic publishing of a submitted property as soon as the user pays a certain fee. Real Homes WordPress Theme supports individual property payments as well as bulk property payments via membership packages.

Front-end property management for users or members

Real Homes WordPress Theme provides front-end property management that allows a logged in user to preview submitted properties, edit any property information, delete a property, and make a payment to list a property.

A user can pay via PayPal or Stripe to have their submitted property published. Property payment and auto post feature can be enabled or disabled from settings.

Favorite Properties

A visitor can add properties to their favorites collection. So you can visit your favorite properties later.

Visitors do not need to log in to use this feature. As if a user is not logged in, the favorite property information is stored in the visitor's browser and if a user is logged in, the information is stored in the database as the user's meta.

Edit interface profile
