- Optionally, update customer contacts and/or leads with existing records in Zoho CRM.
- Additional features only in Pro version:
- Edit the WooCommerce data mapping in the Contact,
- Zoho CRM Lead, Account and Potential.
- Add a note to the contact and/or lead corresponding to the client.
- Create a lead based on the order and linked to the customer's contact record (if one was found or created).
- Associate contacts with an account, creating or updating the account if necessary.
- Activate workflow rules.
- Submit order data to Zoho CRM when the order status changes (pending payment, in processing, completed, or a custom status) instead of when the order is created, or submit only the order data manually.
- Manually submit individual orders to Zoho CRM from the menu

- Manually submit orders to Zoho CRM individually or in bulk from the order list.
