They say that comparisons are hateful but they are necessary, I have a lifetime membership with wpclub and every day they give me reason to think that they are the best, perhaps the only ones. A few days ago I bought a hotel theme for a project on Worldpressit.com, according to them the theme is not that outdated, 4-5 months, it is still outdated and the site's response is that one day, maybe, they will update it and that's what they I paid U$3.99 for lifetime updates.
