Email Piping adds the ability to import emails directly into your ticketing system so that the customer can create a ticket by simply sending an email to your support or replying to the ticket by replying to the email notification without the need to log in to your site .

Your customer created a ticket on your website. You have replied to the ticket and the notification will be sent to the customers email address. Ideally, the customer should visit your website and then reply to the ticket, but this rarely happens. Instead, you respond directly to the email notification and simply can't control your customers.

If an email is not intended to respond to an existing ticket, please create a new ticket. This way you can simply ask your customers to send an email to your specific email address (eg [email protected]) which will then be converted into a ticket on your website.
There are two email pipeline methods available:
- IMAP
- gmail
